Hi, I'm Mari Luz.

I'm a Photography Director and artist specializing in sensual photography with a therapeutic approach — a practice I've dedicated the last 9 years of my life to.

In 2021, I was invited to give a TEDx Talk on "Sensuality as Healing" — exploring how being truly seen through a lens can be one of the most transformative experiences a woman can have.

To date, I've photographed over 5,000 women across Brazil, the United States, Europe, and Latin America — each session a unique act of presence, not performance.

My signature technique, Entreclique, captures what exists between one gesture and the next — the moment before the image is constructed, where it simply begins to happen. I work exclusively with natural light, and I use film direction techniques so you never need to know how to pose. You just need to exist.

I'm based in São Paulo, Brazil, and travel the world to photograph. Sessions are available in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
